We are a team of Accredited Practising Dietitians who have developed a high level of expertise in managing all sorts of gut issues. But we don’t stop there. We also apply our fresh approach to other areas of diet and eating, and we are passionate about improving your health in all aspects of disease and well-being. We are always learning and updating our knowledge, and we only use strategies that are based in science with quality evidence to show that they work.
The human gut is home to trillions of micro-organisms that play a vital role in health and disease. In the past 15 years, research into the role of these microbes in human health has exploded and the gut is emerging as a vital player in health. Connections are being made linking the gut to immunity, weight, mental health and even the development of diseases like diabetes.

Our clinic is located in the beautiful heart of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. We consult with our clients face-to-face or via telehealth (video or phone) if you cannot attend in person.
You do not need a referral to see us. We accept GP Management Plans, and you are able to claim a rebate from your private health insurance if dietetic services are included.
